관련근거: 「학칙 제33조」 및 「수강신청에 관한 규정」

위 근거에 의하여 2023학년도 2학기 수강신청기간을 아래와 같이 안내 하오니 학생 여러분께서는 『수강신청에 관한 규정』을 확인하시고 기간 내에 수강신청을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

수강신청 기간

 가. 수강신청 기간: 2023.07.24.(월)09:00 ~ 2023.07.28.(금)18:00까지.

 나. 수강신청 변경 기간: 2023.08.16.(수)09:00 ~ 2023.08.18.(금)18:00까지.

 (수강신청 변경 가능자: 폐강강좌 신청자, 성적우수자, 시간표 중복자, 수강학점 미달자)

 다. 재학생 수강신청목록 조회기간: 2023.07.21.(금) ~ 2023.07.23.(일)

4. 수강신청 대상: 2023학년도 2학기 재학생 및 2023학년도 2학기 복학예정학생

5. 수강신청 방법: 온라인 신청https://wsinfo.wsu.ac.kr)(붙임1 참조)

6. 수강신청 시 주의사항

 가. 수강신청 가능 학점 범위: 최소 9학점 ~ 최대 18학점까지(단, 아래 각호에 해당되는 학생은 최소학점 및 최대학점을 달리 함).

 1) 최소 수강학점 미만 신청가능자: 2023학년도 2학기가 졸업 최종학기에 해당되는 자

 2) 추가 수강신청 가능자: 직전학기 성적(2023학년도 1학기 성적) 평점평균이 4.15이상인자에 한해 2학점 이내 추가수강신청 가능(추가 신청은 수강신청 변경기간에 신청 가능)

 나. 타전공(부전공,복수전공,트랙)과목 수강신청 지도: 자신이 신청한 타전공 또는 트랙 

 과정의 과목을 이수 할 수 있도록 지도 요망.

 다. 기타 유의사항

학점교류 교과목을 수강하는 학생들은 필히 온라인 수강신청 후 학점교류 신청서를 소속학과에서 작성하여야 함.

수강신청 기간 이후에는 추가, 수정, 변경이 불가함.

특히, 특별교육과정, 해외연수, 인턴쉽 이수 등 으로 인한 개강 후 수강신청 변경 불가
(해당과정 이수자의 이탈로 인하여 합ㆍ폐강 대상강좌가 될 경우 부득이 해당강좌 폐강 또는 합반처리함) → 특별교육과정 등을 이수하고자 하는 경우 수강신청기간 및 수강신청 변경 기간 내 신청을 완료할 수 있도록 지도바랍니다.

기 이수한 과목을 재수강하는 경우 기 취득학점은 삭제되어 졸업학점에 포함되지 않으므로 졸업요건을 고려하여 신중히 수강함.

‘학칙 제33조 7항’에 근거하여 학생은 부모가 본교의 교원으로 재직하고 있는 경우 부모 강의를 수강하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 함. 단, 7항에도 불구하고 교육과정 이수로 인하여 부득이 부모 강의를 수강한 경우 해당사실을 신고하여야 함.

수강신청시 과목명, 이수구분, 학점, 강의시간, 강의실 등을 확인 후 신청

정상적으로 수강신청이 이루어지지 않은 과목에 대해서는 성적부여가 불가 함.
(수강한 과목 및 분반이 대학정보시스템 및 전자출석부 등록여부 확인 요망)

수강신청 시 강의계획서 및 성적평가 방식(Grade or P/F 등)을 반드시 확인.

2023 2nd Semester Course Registration Information

 

Relevant basis: 「Article 33 of School Regulations」 and 「Regulations on Course Registration」

Based on the above grounds, the course registration period for the 2nd semester of 2023 is announced as follows. Students, please check the 『Regulations on Course Registration』 and complete course registration within the period.

Course registration period

1. Course registration period: 2023.07.24.(Mon) 09:00 ~ 2023.07.28.(Fri) 18:00.

2. Course registration change period: 2023.08.16.(Wed) 09:00 ~ 2023.08.18.(Fri) 18:00.

(Those who can change course registration: those who have applied for canceled classes, those who have excellent grades, those who duplicate the timetable, those who do not have enough credits)

3. Current student course registration list inquiry period: 2023.07.21.(Fri) ~ 2023.07.23.(Sun)

4. Course registration target: Current students in the 2nd semester of 2023 and students who are expected to return to school in the 2nd semester of 2023

5. Course Registration Method: Online Application https://wsinfo.wsu.ac.kr) (See Attachment 1)

6. Precautions for course registration

  1. Range of credits available for course registration: Minimum of 9 credits to maximum of 18 credits (However, for students who fall under each of the following subparagraphs, the minimum and maximum credits are different).

  1) Those who can apply for less than the minimum number of course credits: Those for whom the second semester of 2023 is the final semester of graduation

  2) Those who can register for additional courses: Only those with a grade point average of 4.15 or higher in the previous semester’s grades (grades for the first semester of 2023) can register for up to 2 additional courses (additional applications can be made during the course registration change period)

  2. Guidance on course registration for courses in other majors (minor, double major, track): Other majors or tracks that you have applied for

  Guidance is required to complete the subject of the course.

  3. Other precautions

Students taking credit exchange courses must fill out the credit exchange application form at their department after registering for courses online.

No additions, corrections, or changes are allowed after the course registration period.

In particular, course registration cannot be changed after the start of the semester due to special education courses, overseas training, or internship completion.

(If a course is subject to a combination or cancellation due to the departure of a student who has completed the course, the course will inevitably be canceled or combined) → If you wish to complete a special curriculum, etc. Please map.

If you retake courses you have already completed, the credits you have already acquired will be deleted and will not be included in your graduation credits, so take them carefully considering the graduation requirements.

Based on 'Article 33, Paragraph 7 of School Regulations', it is a principle that students do not take parental lectures if their parents are working as teachers at the school. However, in spite of Paragraph 7, if the parent inevitably attends a lecture due to the completion of the curriculum, the fact must be reported.

When registering for courses, check the subject name, course classification, credits, lecture hours, lecture room, etc. before applying.

Grades cannot be awarded for courses for which course registration has not been completed normally.

(Please check whether the courses and divisions you have taken are registered in the university information system and electronic attendance record)

When registering for classes, be sure to check the syllabus and grade evaluation method (Grade or P/F, etc.).
