2024-2 Internship report submission 첨부파일 공지

1. Internship Period: September 2, 2024 - December 13, 2024 (based on 18 credits)
*Please fill out according to the internship period you applied for (dates written on the application form).

2. Submission Period: Until December 18, 2024 (Wednesday) 17:00 (KST), submit via email or in person. 

(Please adhere strictly to the submission deadline.)

When sending an email, please use the subject: [Department/Name/Student ID/Results Report Submission].

(To prevent missing submission documents, submissions via methods other than email or in person will not be accepted.)


3. Submission Documents:

  1. Internship Course Survey (for companies and students) - 1 copy each / For overseas internships, only the student version needs to be submitted.

  2. Internship Course Evaluation Form and Attendance Sheet (for companies) - 1 copy.

  3. Internship Course Practice Log - 1 copy (All signature fields must be filled in by the supervisor).

  4. Comprehensive Internship Report - 1 copy (Attach at least 2 activity photos on 2 pages or more).

You may mix domestic and overseas internship files as needed.

Prepare the documents in Hangul (Word format), print them out for signatures, then scan and submit, or create a PDF, write manually, then scan and submit.

When using a tablet, please check that it is saved as a PDF (there may be issues with text breaking or the file and text being misaligned when printed).



※Important Notes for Submission※

-You must keep records weekly, so please write one page for each week.

-Confirm the days and weeks when filling out the weekly record.


(1) Evaluation Form and Attendance Sheet

  • The evaluation form must be completed by the supervisor/department head. Students are not allowed to fill it out.

  • When filling in the attendance sheet, start with September 2 (Monday). If your internship start date is after March 4, only enter the dates for prior weeks and leave attendance blank.

Paid leave should be entered as attended.


(1) Practice Log

-You must keep weekly records, filling out pages for each week up to week 15.

-All fields in the "Daily Guidance Check" section of the weekly record must be signed by the supervisor/department head.

-The attendance sheet and weekly dates and records must match.

-If your internship start date is after March 4, only enter the dates for prior weeks and leave the practice content blank.

  1. Example: If the internship start date is March 4, but the employment reference date is before March 4, the internship starts on March 4, so write from March 4 onwards.

  2. Example: If the internship start date is March 18, write from "Week 2 Monday." For the previous week, enter only the date and leave the practice content blank.

    -All fields in the "Daily Guidance Check" section of the weekly record must be signed by the supervisor/department head.

If the supervisor/department head is the same person, all fields must be signed. (You cannot just sign in the middle of the signature box or only on one side.)


(2) Comprehensive Report

  • You must attach at least 2 photos related to the "Internship Participation" section (If there are security issues with photo attachment, please obscure sensitive areas before attaching).

Please note that submissions rejected or not submitted due to lack of awareness of this announcement will be the responsibility of the individual, so please be sure to familiarize yourself with the announcement content.
